  • Counseling sessions are private, one-on-one meetings with your nutritionist, Sunny.

    Sessions start with an initial comprehensive meeting where Sunny will get to know you, your personal goals, specific health concerns, and any other pertinent information. From there, Sunny will develop a nutrition plan that is completely catered to you.

    After the initial session, you may schedule a series of follow-ups. Follow-ups serve as check-ins to see what is working, what’s not working, and to make any necessary tweaks to your nutrition plan to help you better reach your goals.

  • Counseling sessions are held virtually. All sessions are held on a secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual meeting platform.

    Grocery guidance services are held virtually or in person, depending on your location.

    Consulting or corporate wellness services are held virtually or in person, depending on your location.

  • Solis Nutrition does not accept insurance. After each counseling session, you will be sent a superbill that can then be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Solis Nutrition offers a range of nutritional services for companies. Some examples include:

    • Wellness workshops and nutrition education

    • Scheduled one-on-one nutrition counseling

    • Group nutrition counseling

    • Cooking demonstrations and grocery store guidance

    • Consulting for office-provided meals and snacks
